Attorney Scott S. Streed

Mr. Streed is a graduate of Cal State Fullerton in Fullerton, California, and went on to receive his Doctorate of Law Degree in 1996 from Western State College of Law, also located in Fullerton, California.  Shortly thereafter, he opened his own practice in The City of Orange.  In 2001, he moved the practice to its current location at the corner of Lambert Road and Berry in the City of Brea.  

Mr. Streed's primary areas of practice are Family Law, Probate, Civil Litigation and Criminal Offenses.  Attorney Streed's sizeable knoweledge of the law enables him to also direct the paralegals in such diverse areas as Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, and Probate, to name a few. 

Rebecca Streed,

Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Rebecca has overseen the Family Law Practice since August 1999.  Her duties range from those of a certified paralegal to office manager.  Rebecca now manages our Estate Planning and Mediation divisions and handles office manager duties for the Washington offices, Idaho and California offices.
